As Administrator at InnoNurt Ghana, Agnes leverages her exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the organization’s mission of empowering Africa’s youth through technology-driven education and mentorship.

Agnes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Development Administration from the University for Development Studies (UDS), where she graduated with distinction. Her academic research focused on “CAMFED and Girl Child Education,” showcasing her deep commitment to advancing educational opportunities for underserved communities.

Throughout her career, Agnes has consistently demonstrated her ability to coordinate programs, manage operations, and drive impactful initiatives. Her experience as an Assistant Social Development Officer with the Local Government of Ghana highlights her expertise in providing counseling services, monitoring community programs, and supporting vulnerable populations, including victims of domestic violence and individuals with disabilities.

Her tenure at CAMFED-Ghana as a Business Facilitator further solidified her skills in project management, as she conducted interviews for prospective entrepreneurs, managed applications for vocational training, and monitored the progress of supported businesses. Agnes’s keen attention to detail and commitment to quality are also evident from her role as a Development Planning Analyst, where she contributed to the District Medium Term Development Plan and ensured effective departmental operations.
