As the Technical Lead at InnoNurt Ghana, Kenneth combines his extensive technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic planning to oversee the organization’s technological infrastructure and innovation-driven initiatives.
Kenneth holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Ghana and an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from Koforidua Technical University. His commitment to continuous learning is exemplified by his pursuit of an MSc in Computer Science, further solidifying his technical acumen and analytical capabilities.
Kenneth’s professional journey spans a diverse range of impactful roles that bridge technology and practical application. At the National Identification Authority, he contributed to enhancing national identity management by managing biometric enrollment processes. His work as an installation engineer with Azimuth Power and Stella Futura involved leading large-scale solar projects, such as the installation of a 200KW grid-tied solar system at Ashesi University and on-grid systems for UNICEF and other commercial entities. These projects demonstrate his expertise in renewable energy solutions and his ability to execute technically complex initiatives.
Beyond project execution, Kenneth has honed his skills in project supervision, electrical repairs, and maintenance through roles with the Upper West Akim District Assembly, the CSIR-Food Research Institute, and the Electricity Company of Ghana. His hands-on experience and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams have consistently delivered high-quality results.
Kenneth’s professional toolkit is enriched by certifications in Development Economics, Database Administration (Microsoft SQL), and Project Planning and Data Analytics, obtained from prestigious institutions such as IZA, UKaid, Google, and the University of California, Irvine. These qualifications enable him to integrate data-driven decision-making and strategic project management into his work.
At InnoNurt Ghana, Kenneth plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s technical direction. He oversees IT infrastructure, supervises tech staff, and ensures that programs align with industry standards to prepare participants for real-world challenges. His leadership is instrumental in driving innovation, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring the smooth execution of tech-focused projects.
