Noah Barnes is a seasoned Development Consultant with extensive experience managing donor-funded projects and driving impactful community initiatives. As Programs Director at InnoNurt Ghana, Noah brings his expertise in program management, research, and strategic planning to design and implement programs that empower Africa’s youth and bridge the gap between education and industry readiness.

Noah holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Ghana. His academic achievements are complemented by certifications in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Human Values from the University of Cape Coast.

Throughout his career, Noah has successfully overseen large-scale initiatives, including his work with Planco Consulting GmbH on the Ghana Jobs and Skills Apprenticeship Project, where he managed project procedures, monitored stakeholder compliance, and supervised outcomes against contracts. His contributions as a Community Liaison Officer for Siemens Energy SAS and as a Research Assistant at the Parliament of Ghana underscore his ability to build relationships, manage diverse teams, and deliver measurable results.

Noah’s expertise spans community outreach, program monitoring and evaluation, and policy analysis. He has been instrumental in coordinating corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, enforcing gender policies, and implementing resettlement action plans, further showcasing his commitment to fostering inclusive development.

At InnoNurt Ghana, Noah leads the design and execution of training programs and mentorship initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to prepare young Africans for the digital economy. His leadership fosters collaboration, strategic growth, and measurable impact in the communities InnoNurt serves.
