Theophilus Osei Aboagye is a visionary Programs Director at InnoNurt Ghana, bringing a wealth of expertise in economics, education, and program management. In this role, he is at the forefront of designing, implementing, and overseeing innovative programs that drive capacity building, sustainable development, and youth empowerment across Ghana and beyond.

With a strong foundation in economics, Theophilus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Education, Winneba, and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Economics at the same institution. His academic background equips him with the analytical and research skills necessary to develop programs that address real-world economic challenges while fostering practical solutions.

At InnoNurt Ghana, Theophilus plays a pivotal role in managing multidisciplinary initiatives that span education, technology, and community development. He is responsible for strategic planning, program design, and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. His ability to integrate data-driven insights and innovative strategies has enabled him to create impactful programs that promote youth development, entrepreneurship, and socio-economic progress.

Before his current role, Theophilus gained over four years of experience as an Economics teacher at St. Thomas Senior High Technical School, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in mentoring students and incorporating technology into education. His professional journey also includes research roles with Oxglow Analytics, where he contributed to evidence-based decision-making, and leadership positions in academic and community organizations, such as serving as District Finance Secretary for The Church of Pentecost in the James Town District.

Theophilus’s leadership is characterized by his ability to inspire teams, manage resources effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes. His proficiency in tools like SPSS, Stata, and R enables him to analyze program data and refine strategies for maximum impact. Beyond program execution, he fosters partnerships and collaborations that amplify the reach and effectiveness of InnoNurt Ghana’s initiatives.
